Are you looking for an experiential learning opportunity where you can deepen your knowledge in Permaculture, acquire new skills, and put everything into practice?
Our 10 week Permaculture Apprenticeship Program is for anyone looking for an immersive experience in the heart of the Caribbean jungle.
This immersive experience will be a perfect combination of weekly lectures and hand on work that will allow you to gain a comprehensive understanding of permaculture and be able to confidently move forward your personal pursuits in the Permaculture world, whether that will be building your own homestead or starting an impactful movement.
Overview of our Program
The foundations of Permaculture
Soil, water, and ecology.
Permaculture design
Vision, ethics, design principles and processes, observation and language of nature, zones, sectors
Garden and plant systems
Design of regenerative, agro-ecological, edible landscapes
Permaculture lifestyle
Energy, toilet systems, wastewater, building design considerations
Basics of natural building design
Soil testing and understanding clay, plasters, earther construction
Farm to table
Dehydrating food, fermentation, creating kimchi, pickles, and sour krauts, processing local spices, harvesting in processing tropical tubers, making kombucha and ginger beer, using alternative cooking techniques, and making farm-to-table meals.
Social Permaculture
How to run a permaculture farm, the invisible structures behind the farming life.
This program is for you if...
You have a drive for environmental conservation, regenerative farming and an off the grid life.
You are committed to becoming part of a diverse engaging permaculture community with all the blessings and challenges that come with it.

The apprenticeship includes
Weekly lectures in the areas listed above.
Hands on experience with Soil creation
Become integrated in farm responsibilities on a rotating basis
Open weekends, free time off or on farm
Lodging in a shared accommodation for up to 4 people. We do have private accommodation available for an additional fee of $950.
Sheet, pillows and blankets
Three fresh vegetarian meals a day.
A certificate of completion
The farm is a magical place. You are in close contact with nature in every aspect of it. The bungalows are cozy and beautiful, the common area and kitchen is well equipped and there's a nice vibe going on at all time.
Manu and the rest of the team are extremely knowledgeble about this kind of life, and they made me feel welcome from the first moment I stepped in.
They're growing quick, highly recommended!

Application process
To start the application process you must fill out the form that you will find in the Apply now button. All applications will be screened by our admissions team, if you meet the criteria we will schedule an interview. Once you have passed the interview process you will have 2 weeks to make the $900 to secure your spot.
We only have up to 10 spots available!
Tuition $2500
Deposit $900 now to secure your place and then pay the remaining balance of $1600, 15 days prior to the start of the apprenticeship.
