
We're Hiring: Chef / Cook
We're looking for a passionate and reliable chef (or experienced cook) to join our farm community starting August 2025. Someone excited to take over the kitchen and nourish our team with delicious, farm-to-table meals.
You'll be preparing 2 meals a day (breakfast + lunch) for a small team of residents, volunteers, and occasional retreat guests. Meals are made primarily with fresh, seasonal produce grown on-site or sourced locally. The kitchen is the heart of the farm, so we’re looking for someone who brings warmth, creativity, and nutrition to the plate.
Requirements:

Minimum 6-month commitment

Comfortable cooking for groups of 10–20 people

Experience with farm-to-table and whole food cooking

Able to manage inventory, minimize waste, and cook flexibly based on available ingredients
