Our team and volunteers come together to care for the land and for one another, creating a space where sustainability is practiced every day. Here, learning flows naturally through shared work, open exchange, and connection with the earth.
This project was born from the vision of Manuel who dreamed of creating a place where education, community, and regeneration meet. Finca Las Hormigas thrives thanks to the dedication of our core team and maintenance crew: the hands and hearts that sustain the rhythm of the farm.

Memo starts each morning the same way: with a cup of coffee and a smile before getting to work. Reliable and kind, he brings calm and good energy to the finca.
Antonio
Part of the Hormiga family for over seven years, Antonio knows the farm like no one else. There’s no challenge he can’t solve and no system he hasn’t mastered.
Jordan
Kind and endlessly helpful. Jordan is part of the farm muscle and always there when you need a hand. You may see him spraying Super Magro always with a smile.
